Reiki First Session
When you come in for Reiki, my first priority is helping you feel completely at ease.
Service Description
When you come in for Reiki, my first priority is helping you feel completely at ease. You’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable table, surrounded by soft music and a calming atmosphere. This is your time to slow down, release tension, and let your body and mind simply be. Through gentle touch—or by holding my hands just above your body—I guide energy where it’s needed most. You might notice warmth, tingling, or a quiet sense of peace washing over you. Each person experiences Reiki in their own way, and there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to feel. While I work, I often receive imagery—sometimes it’s colors, shapes, or even small story-like scenes. These images aren’t random; they often reflect the emotional or energetic patterns your body is processing. At the end of the session, I’ll share what I saw and felt, so you can take those insights with you. Many people find this helps them connect more deeply to their own healing journey. Bring a notebook so that you can write down any important notices in the conversation—I want to make sure you have space to capture insights and reflections that come up during our time together. Every session is unique, because you are unique. My role is simply to hold space for your body’s natural wisdom to guide the process—and to support you in walking away feeling lighter, more balanced, and more in tune with yourself.
